Denise O Grady-CEO CEO and founder of Way2Pay, a company providing web communication system to schools in Ireland and the UK. Denise is responsible for product vision and organisational development. Denise developed Way2Pay from industry demand and from listening closely to clients needs. Denise has always been absolutely committed to building intuitive well designed problem solving products that people love using.
John O Grady-CFO CFO of Schoolspace, John has a strong finance and accounting background, in addition to over twenty years experience in the technology sector. John O Grady brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Way2Pay team having worked in large technology companies, such as Wall Data, NetManage, WBT and other NASDAQ quoted companies.
Adrienne Jamison - Business Development Manager Adrienne has over fifteen years experience in Managerial Sales Roles. Adrienne specialises in Customer Account Management and new account generation for Way2Pay. Originally from Belfast, Adrienne manages much of the Way2Pay business in Northern Ireland and will be sharing the responsibility for the on-site training.
Elaine Collins- Business Development Manager Elaine has over sixteen years of Senior Account Management to bring to the Way2Pay Team. Elaine specialises in Customer Account Management where the key functions are to maintain the highest levels of customer service and accounts management. She has promoted ICT solutions in Irish schools for over 4 years working in Schoolspace. Way2Pay is Elaine’s area of expertise and she will be providing training to the schools in Cork and Limerick
Karen Phelan - Customer Relations and Development Manager Karen has a strong sales and marketing background to bring to the way2Pay team. She specialises in customer relations, retention and direct sales. Karen assists in the customer experience, liaising with the client and software implementation throughout the journey. Karen will be providing training and support to the schools.
Kim Collins-Technical Administrator Kim specialises in Technical and Administrative Tasks. Kim is the first point of contact on the Way2Pay customer care line. She is skilled in first time customer resolution techniques and is our in house technical support for customers. Kim will be ready to take calls and offer friendly support to the schools.
Michael O’Neill - Customer Care/Coordinator Michael is a website and technology journey coordinator. He is a highly skilled programmer and website designer. Michael is a website specialist and deals with implementing buttons and link through’s on Way2Pay clients website. He is head of web design at Schoolspace and will help the schools update their websites to include links to Way2Pay.
George Hannon - On-Boarding Client Manager George has an extensive history in Sales Management and Business Development. George is passionate about our clients emphasising an in-depth understanding of client issues and priorities as a first base. George will ensure a smooth transition for all of your schools using Way2Pay.
